To join EASE as an individual member, please complete the relevant parts of this form. Proceed by clicking "Proceed to secure payment for membership". You will be directed to a secure payment page. The annual fee is £70.

Data Protection Act
The EASE mailing list is held on the association's computer. To comply with the provisions of the UK Data Protection Act holders of information held in this way must ask those on the list whether they have any objection to the information being thus recorded. Potential members or subscribers should therefore note that submitting the application form will be taken as meaning that they agree to the information on the form, the date on which they join EASE, and/or their subscription status, being held on computer so that the association can send out membership material and/or the journal.
