The European Association of Science Editors (EASE) is an internationally oriented community of individuals from diverse backgrounds, linguistic traditions and professional experience who share an interest in science communication and editing.
Our next event will be a joint conference with ISMTE in Blankenberge, Belgium, in September 2013. Registration will open in April. This is a new venture for us and we hope that EASE members will support it.
EASE has held major conferences regularly for 30 years, the most recent of which, 'Editing in the Digital World', was held in Tallinn in June 2012.
The next Conference will be held in Split, Croatia in 2014. The programme will be announced later.

EASE also organizes Seminars and various Training workshops. The most recent was in Barcelona in June 2012.
