for non-members to buy. Issued in short chapters that are distributed
to members of EASE as and when published, the complete set of 57
chapters is edited by H Maisonneuve, PH Enckell, A Polderman, R Thapa
and M Johnson-Vekony. More chapters will be published as they become
available. The price for all chapters and the binder is £30.00 for
addresses within Europe, £35.00 outside Europe. The binder alone costs
£7.50, or £12.50 outside Europe.
